PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an uneven pattern decorative sheet which is excellent in massive feeling and has a fine uneven-pattern being hardly damaged, and a manufacturing method of the same. SOLUTION: A transparent uneven layer 12 having a fine uneven shape is laminated at least in the back face side of a transparent base sheet 11 having 3D workability, the fine uneven shape of the transparent uneven layer 12 is not exposed from the surface of the uneven pattern decorative sheet 10, and the transparent uneven layer 12 has the fine uneven shape wherein the width of the unevenness is 0.2 to 200μm and the depth of the unevenness is 0.10 to 10μm after extending the uneven pattern decorative sheet 10 in longitudinal and lateral directions to extension degree of 200% respectively in a tensile test based on japanese industrial standard (JIS) C 2318 under the atmosphere of 110°C.
