PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal head whole of which can be miniaturized by reducing the size of a head section and a radiator member for example curbing a flexible substrate and arranging a rigid substrate along the side face of the radiator member and a printer device. SOLUTION: A glass layer 21 on whose one face a projecting portion 25 is formed and on whose other face recessed shape a groove portion 26 opposing the projecting portion 25 is formed, heating resistors 22 arranged on a projecting portion 25, a head portion 20 having a pair of electrodes 23a, 23b arranged in both the sides of the heating resistors 22, rigid substrates 70 in which a control circuit of the head portion 20 is arranged are electrically connected by the flexible substrates 80, 90.
