PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of a discharging port protrusion by a reflection from a through hole wall surface at the time of a CR material exposure in an CR manufacturing method, to improve the printing grade, and to increase the yield. SOLUTION: This CRBJ head has a through hole which is taper-etched in a vicinity of a discharging port. In the CRBJ head, (1) a reflection preventing film is provided at the through hole section. (2) The reflection preventing film consists of an organic insulating film for which a pigment or a dye is added to a resin for imparting shading property. (3) The concentration of the pigment or the dye is 0.1% to 5.0%. (4) The reflection preventing film is made of a polyether amide resin. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
