PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-coated metal sheet which has enough moldability to endure continuous molding by a high-speed press and successful wear resistance. SOLUTION: This resin-coated metal sheet has a resin-coated layer formed of a coating material containing wax and a base resin covering at least one surface of the metal sheet. The surface occupancy rate of wax particles appearing on the surface of the resin-coated layer, is 20 to 90%, and the cross-sectional occupancy rate of the wax particles appearing on an optional cross-section in the thickness direction of the resin-coated layer, is not less than 0.5% to less than 10%.
