PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multipurpose universal clip which is aimed mainly at holding various paper sheets, newspapers, magazines or thick booklets such as manuals, fastening a lid of a corrugated cardboard, fixing a plastic bag to the inside of a trash pail, and others and makes it possible to simply conduct detachment, addition and others. SOLUTION: A frontal clipping part 1 which has a strength and a size enough to hold a thick magazine or the like at the front and which has projections 7 provided on both sides so as to fix a clipped object and having shapes to be parallel to a back part 2 in a state wherein the object is clipped, is provided, while a clipping plate 3 which has elasticity variable in strength and is extended from the back part 2 is provided on the wall surface W side to which the clip is fitted or on the opposite surface side for clipping.
