The method for improving surface properties of injection molded plastic part in the areas of flow- or weld seams and surface-near grain structure as orientations, in which during injection molding, contact temperature of a plastic melt, which adjusts between a wall (5) of a tool cavity (4) of an injection molding tool (1) and the melt during filling of the tool cavity, is influenced through thickness of a ceramic tool insert (6) or through thickness of ceramic layers, in such a way that a sufficient increase in the contact temperature during the flowability of the plastic melt is achieved. The method for improving the surface properties of injection molded plastic part in the areas of flow- or weld seams and surface-near grain structure as orientations, in which during injection molding, the contact temperature of a plastic melt, which adjusts between a wall (5) of a tool cavity (4) of injection molding tool (1) and the plastic melt during filling of the tool cavity, is influenced through thickness of a ceramic tool insert (6) used in the area of the predetermined flow-or weld seams and the surface-near grain structure or through the thickness of ceramic layers coated on the tool cavity, in such a way that a sufficient increase in the contact temperature during the flowability of the plastic melt is achieved and that simultaneously the wall of the tool cavity is isolated, for uniform molding of plastic boundary layers on the wall of the tool cavity. An independent claim is included for a tool for carrying out the method for production of injection molding component for the manufacture of plastic.
