FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: installation contains reservoir and jet-cavitation homogeniser that is arranged in the form cyllindrical casing, in which head is installed with jet channels and mixing chamber with disperser installed on internal surface of chamber and arranged in the form of closed ring, the end of which is lopsided from the head side. Disperser is fixed at the distance of 10-20 calipers of jet nozzle from the head. In the second version installation is equipped with the second reservoir. In the process of fluid liquid medium recirculation it is subjected to homogenisation in jet-cavitation mode in jet-cavitation homogeniser.
