摘要

A semiconductor memory device is provided to perform a more stable operation after being packaged, by controlling a RAS timing period and finding out an optimum RAS timing period during the test. A delay circuit(200~500) receives a command signal corresponding to an active command and then delays the command signal by an expected delay time. An output part outputs a RAS signal to define a RAS operation period by using the output of the delay circuit and the command signal. A delay control part(100) reduces the delay time of the delay circuit selectively.
