FIELD: processing of wood, in particular, lumber drying. ^ SUBSTANCE: the unit has a drying chamber, gas blower for heating and circulation of the drying agent, production of position pressure and rarefaction in the drying chamber, circuit and a device for reversal of the drying agent flow, as well as means for provision of the barovacuum condition and recuperation of heat of removed drying agent. The latter is made in the form of four-way switches of flow of the drying agent installed on the sucking and injection sides of the gas blower. These switches are provided with four connections each. One pair of the adjacent connections is connected to the circuit and gas blower, and the second pair of the adjacent connections - to the atmosphere, the connections diametrically opposite to those connected to the gas blower are provided with flow restrictors, and the butterfly valves in the mentioned switches are provided with heat-conducting ribs on both sides. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of unit operation with maximum parameters of pressure and temperature provided by the gas blower, simplified construction of the unit on the whole due to exclusion of the additional circuit of the agent, as well as of the recuperator. ^ 8 dwg |
