FIELD: extrusion technique for production of food and feed products such as confectioneries, macaroni products, semi-finished swollen extruded articles. ^ SUBSTANCE: screw extruder has screw casing with guiding channels formed on its inner surface and screw equipped with helical grooves and placed within casing, charging device and head formed as branch pipe for mounting of die at end of screw casing. Guiding channels are provided at screw end adjoining to die, and helical grooves are provided on inner surface of casing, with direction of helical grooves of casing being opposite to that of helical grooves of screw. ^ EFFECT: reduced leakage of product under extrusion process into gap between screw and screw casing. ^ 3 dwg |
