<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce operation noise and reduce required shaft power. <P>SOLUTION: The blower device is provided with a shroud-less type centrifugal impeller 1 composed of a main plate 2 having a rotary shaft 4a of a motor 4 connected to an axial center part and a plurality of retreating aerofoil shape blades 3 erectly provided on an outer circumference part of the main plate 2 at a predetermined interval in a circumference direction, and a casing 8 surrounding the centrifugal impeller 1 and including an air intake port 6 and an air blow out port 7, and has a bell-mouth 5 provided in the air intake port 6. A deflection means A deflecting blow out flow toward the bell-mouth 5 side is provided in an outer circumference side of the centrifugal impeller 1. Outlet flow of the blades 3 (in other words, blow out flow) is deflected to an axial direction to make the same direct to the bell-mouth 5 side.
