<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sheet-like sliced or fragment-like food by adding honey and 0.1-10 pts.wt. of at least one kind of material selected from agar, gelatin, butter, margarine, and rice flour based on 100 pts.wt. of honey followed by making the honey pasty, and heating and cooling the product followed by molding and solidifying. <P>SOLUTION: This honey sheet-like food is obtained by heating and kneading honey as the main body, with agar, margarine, rice flour and butter, and molding the product followed by bringing to slices or fragments.
