<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a processed food material most suitable as a material for paste products such as boiled fish paste, tubular fish-paste, dumplings and fried fish balls without using a mixture such as thickening and degrading the original taste of a material. <P>SOLUTION: This processed food material is obtained by dividing the meat of the same material, mincing one part and giving the other part one process selected from baking, steaming, frying, deep-frying, boiling, and drying followed by loosening the meat, adding the minced part to the meat, and kneading the product followed by giving freeze treatment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
