FACILITY MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SYSTEM, FACILITY MANAGEMENT SUPPORT METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility management support system, a facility management support method and a program for efficiently operating an operation relating to the management of a facility.

SOLUTION: This facility management support system is provided with a facility management support server 1; a facility management support database 2; a terminal 4 for a client connected through a communication network 3; and a terminal 5 for a trader connected through the communication network 3. The facility management support database 2 stores information relating to a facility, information relating to operation content in the management of a facility and information relating to risk points showing the significance of the management of the facility. The facility management support server 1 calculates the risk points of a task relating to the management of the facility based on the information, and discriminates whether to perform the task relating to the management of the facility.
