<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical seal roll of a roll type automatic packaging machine for easily aligning and adjusting the uneveness processing of a heat seal blade surface in the vertical seal roll. <P>SOLUTION: A vertical seal mechanism 6 has heat seal blades 22, 23 on the cylindrical outer peripheral face of a pair of vertical seal rolls 21, 22. The surface of the blade 22 in front viewed from the front is applied with the grid unevenness processing 24 for slip prevention and the surface of the heat seal blade 23 in the back viewed from the front is applied with the lateral unevenness processing 25. The alignment of the heat seal blades 22, 23 is performed by only matching lateral grooves of the grid unevnness processing 24 and the lateral unevenness processing 25 of the heat seal blade surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
