<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appearance inspection apparatus which is improved in discharging performance of an electronic part when a feeding defect of the electronic part to a disk is generated. <P>SOLUTION: The appearance inspection apparatus has a negative pressure forming means 12, 30-34 for sucking the electronic part W on a groove 9 of the disk 3 to transport it, a discharge suction means for generating a suction air flow for sucking the electronic part W from an opening which is exposed when a displacement member is apart each other, and a controlling means for forming a releasing air flow by a desorption means 28, 29 while the displacement member is displaced to be apart each other when the feeding defect of the electronic part to the disk 3 is detected by an inspection means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
