摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optical device and an electronic equipment, capable of assuring ambient light supplied to a photoelectric converter, while preventing increase of man hours. <P>SOLUTION: The electro-optical device is equipped with an element substrate 60 comprising: a plurality of scanning lines; a plurality of data lines; and a pixel 55 including a plurality of pixel electrodes 55 and pixel transistors 51 provided corresponding to intersections of the plurality of scanning lines and the plurality of data lines. The element substrate 60 includes a first PIN type diode 811 and a second PIN type diode 812 which convert light to an electric signal. In the element substrate 60, a reflective layer 61B for reflecting incident light toward the first PIN type diode 811 and the second PIN type diode 812, and a light insulating layer 61A facing the pixel transistor 51, are formed, and the reflective layer 61B and the insulating layer 61A are formed of the same film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
