<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an electrooptical device, in which an adhesive layer having a high leveling property can be formed by arranging adhesives on a plurality of positions at fixed density. <P>SOLUTION: In the electrooptical device manufacturing method for fixing a functional member by adhesives comprises: a process for forming adhesive resin films composed of adhesives on a plurality of positions at the fixed density; a process for arranging the functional member on areas to be superposed on the areas on which the adhesive resin films are formed; and a process for fixing the functional member by curing the adhesive resin films. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
