<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the detection of a failure of a generator without providing a new dedicated circuit to the generator in a power generation controller. <P>SOLUTION: An existing central processing unit 11 provided on the power generation controller 10 controls a vehicle. Along with that, a charging voltage of a battery 30 is instructed to the generator 20.
