PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a fiber-reinforced resin-molded product capable of suppressing that fibers become an incidental looping state to effectively obtain a reinforcing effect due to fibers. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the fiber-reinforced resin-molded product 1 obtained by molding a fiber-reinforced resin constituted of a combination of fibers 2 and a resin 3 and reinforced by the fibers has a kneading step for kneading the fibers and the resin and a stretching process for stretching the fibers after the kneading step. The stretching process is performed by applying stretching force F for stretching the fibers in a mold. Further, the manufacturing of the fiber-reinforced resin-molded product is characterized in that a foaming agent is added to the fibers or the resin before the kneading step.
