PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically generate different agents for every user. SOLUTION: A shared knowledge base 4 and a service database are accessible through a network 3, and each user's demand is self-learned by learning programs 12, 22 residing in terminal computers 1, 2. Knowledge bases in agent programs 11, 21 residing in the terminal computer 1, 2 are updated for every agent by the statistical processing of learning results to automatically achieve an agent function always close to each user's expectation, by learning.
