PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for lightweight soil that is economic and advantageous for environmental protection. SOLUTION: By the manufacturing method for lightweight soil, mud 2 is obtained, and then classified to remove sand from the mud 2, thereby formed into a basic material 33 containing a number of fine grains.
