PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a termite-proof structure for completely shutting off termites intruding through a clearance and a joint part in a foundation heat-insulating structure. SOLUTION: A termite-proof heat insulating material containing a termite-proofing agent is used as a heat insulating material 8 attached to the outside of a rising part 2 of a continuous footing 1, and as exterior heat insulating materials 8, 9 attached to the outside of a building constructed on the rising part 2. A termite-proof filler comprising an adhesive and a sealing material containing the termite-proofing agent, is filled in a vertical joint part between the horizontally adjacent termite-proof heat insulating materials.
