PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular material storage container capable of safely storing a granular material by suppressing an exothermal reaction such as the low-temperature oxidation or the like of the granular material having the heat buildup. SOLUTION: The inside of the granular material storage container is divided into a plurality of granular material storage chambers 4 by bulkheads having cooling functions. Further, by driving a pump 12 provided outside the granular material storage container, a cooling medium is circulated through a hollow part 8 from a cooling medium container 13 while drawing heat from a hollow bulkhead 6.
