PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular material container capable of preventing the heat storage of a granular material having heat buildup, and safely storing the granular material. SOLUTION: A tubular part 2 for cooling is provided in a container body 1. A cylindrical member 3 can be inserted in the tubular part 2 for cooling, or a cooling medium is filled in the tubular part 2 for cooling or the cylindrical member 3. In addition, the cooling medium can be circulated in the tubular part 2 for cooling or the cylindrical member 3, or a bar-shaped member 10 can be inserted in the tubular part 2 for cooling.
