PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry out expected prestress introduction by an inexpensive production facility when a plurality of bidirectional pretension members arranged in series are produced simultaneously. SOLUTION: In the bidirectional pretension member 100, a plurality of longitudinal PC steel materials 102 and a plurality of transverse PC steel materials 104 are arranged in a concrete member 106. A plurality of the bidirectional pretension members 100 are produced simultaneously in a plurality of places in the longitudinal direction. The prestress introduction in the longitudinal and transverse directions is carried out by using an oblong manufacturing bed 10 in which each of the vertical cross-sectional shapes in the longitudinal and transverse directions is set approximately in a U-shape, so that reaction force during the tension of the PC steel materials is received by the manufacturing bed itself. In this way, a conventional reaction force device having a lengthy horizontal reaction force anchor is made unnecessary, reducing the costs of a bidirectional pretension member 100 production facility.
