PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithographic printing form original plate, a lithographic printing form and its preparing method, which develop no scumming at printing even after its long term storage. SOLUTION: This lithographic printing form original plate is employed for forming an image with jet printing ink by an ink-jet recording system and is made of an ink acceptor having a non-photosensitive ink accepting layer including a water-soluble polymer and a water-soluble compound with a molecular weight of less than 1,000 on a support. In addition, the lithographic printing form, on which the image is formed by applying the jet printing ink by the ink-jet recording system on the original plate, and the preparing method of the lithographic printing form having a process for forming the image by applying the jet printing ink by the ink-jet recording system on the original plate, are dealt.
