FLAME RETARDANT POLYAMIDE RESIN COMPOSITION AND MOLDING

A flame retardant polyamide resin composition suitable for use in electrical/electronic parts and automobile electric components that excels in extrusion and moldability performance, being free from any emission of highly corrosive halogenated hydrogen gas at combustion, and that exhibits very high flame retarding capability and has excellent mechanical properties and electrical properties; and a molding thereof. There is provided a polyamide resin composition comprising 100 parts by weight of aliphatic polyamide resin (A) of 70 to 200 ml/g viscosity number, 0.1 to 30 parts by weight of polyphenylene ether resin (B) and 5 to 100 parts by weight of flame retardant agent (C) containing at least the components: (a) reaction product of melamine and phosphoric acid, (b) phosphinic salt and/or diphosphinic salt, and (c) metal salt of boric acid, provided that the mixing weight ratio of these flame retardant agent components, (a)/(b)/(c), is 1/0.5-2.5/0.01-1.
