The present invention provides N-isoxazolyl biphenyl sulfonamide compounds of Formula (I), wherein R¹, R², R³, R⁴, and R⁵ are as defined herein. These compounds are dual angiotensin and endothelin receptor antagonists, and as such are useful in the treatment of conditions such as hypertension and other diseases.
