<p>The device for filtering pollutants present in air and/or gas in the production of electronic parts or metal articles, exhibits a suction area (7), a filter unit (5) for the pollutants, a ventilator (13), a gushing area, a pollutant container (14) and an aerodynamically operating filter cleaning arrangement (11). The device is flow throughable by the air and/or the gas. The filter cleaning arrangement works in opposite direction of the air and/or gas flow. A part of the air and/or the gas present in the gushing area is determined for passing into the filter cleaning arrangement. The device for filtering pollutants present in air and/or gas in the production of electronic parts or metal articles, exhibits a suction area (7), a filter unit (5) for the pollutants, a ventilator (13), a gushing area, a pollutant container (14) and an aerodynamically operating filter cleaning arrangement (11). The device is flow throughable by the air and/or the gas. The filter cleaning arrangement works in opposite direction of the air and/or gas flow. A part of the air and/or the gas present in the gushing area is determined for passing into the filter cleaning arrangement and for cleaning the filter unit. The flow of the air and/or the gas is intermittently carried out by the filter cleaning arrangement. The air and/or the gas are led back after the cleaning of the filter unit into the air and/or gas flow for cleaning the filter unit.</p> |
