The plate is arranged on inner circumferences of the sections (121) over the sections (131). The sections (133) are arranged on upper surfaces of the sections (121). A locking ring (11) is arranged at outer circumferences of the sections (121). Locking bolts (14) are inserted into an area between the sections (121), and the plate is inserted into the actuator.
