A diamond tool is provided to prevent the thermal damage thereof and to increase the life span thereof by improving the durability. A diamond tool(50) comprises a shank(52), a segment(54), a combining unit(58), and a lubricating agent(59). The shank is formed cylindrically. The segment is installed at the one sectional surface of the shank at predetermined intervals and formed with an abrasive grain combining layer(56) and the abrasive grain(55) fixed at the abrasive grain combining layer. The combining unit is extended at the one end of the shank and formed with a hollow unit inside. The lubricating agent is filled at the hollow unit of the combining unit and melted by the heat generated when processing the hole.
