A heat-generating sleeping mat using hot air is provided to transfer and distribute heat uniformly to the mat by circulating the hot air through independently partitioned air passages. A heat-generating sleeping mat comprises: air circulators(100,100a) having inlets(130,130a) and outlets(140,140a), respectively; partitioners(600,610,620) located between the inlets and outlets of the air circulators to isolate the air circulators(100,100a) from each other; a rotational axis(400) driven by a driving motor(200) and installed between the partitioners(600,620) in a longitudinal direction; a heater(500) provided to each of the inlets and outlets of the air circulators; and a circulating fan(700) located between the inlets and the outlets, rotating in combination with the rotational axis(400).
