An oscillation circuit of a boosting voltage generator is provided to estimate proper usage of voltage boosting pumps according to the type and the size of a device through a test mode disabling the driving of the voltage boosting pumps. In a boosting voltage generator(100) comprising one voltage boosting pump(160) in one bank to generate a boosting voltage, a pump control signal oscillation unit oscillates a pump control signal controlling the driving of the voltage boosting pump in response to an oscillation control signal. A test operation unit disables the oscillation control signal in response to an oscillation test signal in a test mode. A normal operation unit enables or disables the oscillation control signal in response to a pump enable signal and a bank operation signal in a normal mode.
