<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lipase activity inhibiting foods and drinks and an inhibitor, having excellent lipase activity inhibiting action and useful for obesity dissolution and/or suppression and/or prevention. <P>SOLUTION: The lipase activity inhibiting foods and drinks containing extracts of one or more plants selected from Glirichidia sepium (Jacq.) Walp, Adenanthera pavonina, Citrus hystrix, Michelia alba, Gustavia gracillima, Phyllanthus acidus, and Thunbergia laurifolia are provided.
