<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable laminated ceramic capacitor wherein its ESL value is made low and it excels in its manufacturing yield. <P>SOLUTION: An elementary body 10 of the laminated ceramic capacitor includes an inner-layer portion 11 and outer-layer portions 12. In the inner-layer portion 11, a plurality of inner electrodes 110 are laminated in a height direction H, and each inner electrode 110 has each deriving portion 111 derived to a side surface 103 of the elementary body 10. The outer-layer portions 12 are laminated on at least a surface of the inner-layer portion 11 which is observed in the height direction H. Each terminal electrode 20 covers the deriving portions 111 along the height direction H, and the two adjacent terminal electrodes 20 are so disposed as to be separated from each other by spaces G2, G3 in a length direction L orthogonal to the height direction H. At least two ones of the plurality of terminal electrodes 20 which are present at both the ends thereof have intermediate portions 21 and end portions 22. Each intermediate portion 21 has an electrode width D21 wider than an electrode width D111, and each end portion 22 has an electrode width D22 narrower than each intermediate portion 21 on the end edge of the side surface 103. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
