<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly keep the hardness after tempering by reducing the temperature difference in a work with an induction-heating. <P>SOLUTION: Cores 3 are arranged opposite to a large inner diameter part 5 for restraining the heat generation of the work 2, between the work 2 arranged in a solenoid coil 1. In such away, the magnetic flux is converged on the cores 11 so as to reduce the magnetic flux acted to the large inner diameter part 5 of the faced work. Then, the raising of the temperature in this large inner diameter part 5 is made to slow and the hardness after tempering can uniformly be kept by performing the induction-heating while reducing the temperature difference between the small inner diameter part 6 having low temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
