<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining the shipping volume and price of a product by profit evaluation considering both the relation between price and demand and the relation between shipment volume and resource additional procurement cost. <P>SOLUTION: During production planning of product for additional purchasing only a shortfall while successively consuming stock available resources (stocks) and loading-scheduled resources, a substantial profit increase margin by shipping of a certain product is evaluated by a relative profit obtained by subtracting an opportunity loss by other products sharing the resources from a marginal profit of the product, and the shipment volume and price of the product which can provide the probability of maximum profit increase are determined based on a relation database of price and shipment volume. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
