<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste capable of highly suppressing the occurrence of a stringiness phenomenon when forming a conductive pattern by intaglio offset printing, and a conductive pattern manufacturing method for inexpensively forming the conductive pattern with a simple process excellent in three-dimensional shape accuracy and positional accuracy and is highly suppressed in the occurrence of the stringiness phenomenon. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive paste for intaglio offset printing includes a conductive powder, glass frit, a binder resin, and a mixed solvent of a good solvent and a poor solvent of the binder resin, while having 5-40 wt.% of a content ratio of the poor solvent to the whole quantity of the mixed solvent. A pattern composed of the conductive paste is formed on a substrate by transferring the conductive paste for intaglio offset printing on the surface of the substrate from an intaglio plate through the surface of a silicone blanket. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
