<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device of mobility management control for solving deviation of loading to partial base stations in a mobile communication network. <P>SOLUTION: Each of two or more base stations (BTS<SB>1</SB>-BTS<SB>N</SB>) in a tracking area (TA1) has a mobility management function (MME) of a mobile station. A base station BTS<SB>1</SB>positioned at the boundary of the tracking area monitors the loading state of its own station, and shifts a positional management function by a new positional management request and a positional management function of a main base station to a mobile station 23 to which the positional management is performed already to other base station BTS<SB>i</SB>according to the loading state of its own station. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
