PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment apparatus which improves a flowing state of a fluid on the surface of an object where the fluid flows. SOLUTION: The surface treatment apparatus 70 has a fixing means 73 for fixing the object charged with a surface treatment material on a sealing space including the surface as a constitution surface in a given direction, and a rocking means 74 for rocking the fixing means.
