PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resolver signal processing device capable of contributing to speed increase and cost reduction, wherein a load of a control part when imparting an excitation signal to a resolver is light. SOLUTION: This resolver signal processing device is equipped with the control part 1, the resolver 2 and an input/output part 3. The control part 1 is equipped with a memory for storing sine wave data of two periods, and a DMA controller for transmitting the excitation signal comprising a sine wave to the resolver 2. An operation part 10 provided in the control part 1 issues a command for performing DMA transfer of the sine wave data of one period from a reference phase as the excitation signal at an initial setting time, and issues a command for performing DMA transfer of the sine wave data of one period from a corrected phase as the excitation signal at a rotation angle detection time. The corrected phase is determined based on a phase deviation between the excitation signal and a sine wave output signal or a cosine wave output signal and on a rotation angle of the resolver at the initial setting time.
