PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining structure of a wall panel having reliable water cut-off performance and increased efficiency of installation operation while securing high aesthetic appearance. SOLUTION: In this joining structure of the wall panel, an upper side wall panel in which a recess fitted to a projection on the upper end surface of a lower side wall panel is formed in the lower end surface is joined to the lower side wall panel by tongue and groove joint. The upper end surface has a joining material having a vertical part with a lower wall locking part on the rear surface of the projection and brought into contact with the rear surface of the upper panel vertically to the upper end surface, a first engagement part projecting from the vertical part to the upper end surface side near the upper end of the projection and engaged with the projection, an elastic part extending from the end of the first engagement and held watertight between the projection and the recess at the upper end of the projection, and a second engagement part projecting from the vertical part to the upper end surface side, engaged with the upper surface locking part, and holding the upper surface locking part in cooperation with the first engagement part.
