PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition having excellent workability, performing a curing reaction while keeping its liquid crystallinity, and a cured product thereof, as well as a sheet, a film and a cured product thereof. SOLUTION: The resin composition contains (I) 10-99 mass% of a block copolymer comprising (A) a liquid crystalline polyester segment and (B) an amorphous vinyl polymer segment having a crosslinkable functional group, and (II) 1-90 mass% of a monomer having a functional group which is addition-polymerizable with the afore-mentioned crosslinkable functional group, wherein a ratio of the crystalline polyester segment (A) in the block copolymer (I) is 10-90 mass%.
