PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-skid device for an automobile tire capable of easily operating a lock member, and preventing slacking of fastening during traveling. SOLUTION: A lock plate 62 is attached to one side of a drawing end portion 61, and a fastening tool 72 is attached to the other side. A ratchet gear 72B which can be operated to rotate from the outside is rotatably built in the fastening tool. A ratchet claw 72G permitting rotations of the ratchet gear and regulating reverse rotations is provided so as to be separated from the outside, and energized in a locking state to the ratchet gear by a spring member 72F. The ratchet gear is coaxially provided with a winding drum 72C. A locking mechanism 63 capable of locking the lock plate is attached to the fastening tool. Wire 73 is wound around the winding drum, and a hook 74 hooked to the lock plate is coupled to a tip end of the wire. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
