PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a stroke of a suspension spring while descending a position of an anchor bracket of a seat belt connected to a kick up part in a rear side member structure of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A downward recessed recession part is formed on an upper part 6 of the kick up part 2 and a reinforcement member 10 is connected between a portion of the recession part of the upper part 6 of the kick up part 2 and a lower part of the kick up part 2. The anchor bracket 9 of the seat belt 16 is intruded into the recession part of the kick up part 2 and is connected to the portion of the recession part of the upper part 6 of the kick up part 2 opposed to the reinforcement member 10. A spring support member 12 for supporting the suspension spring 13 is connected to a lower surface part of the lower part of the kick up part 2 opposed to the reinforcement member 10.
