摘要 FIELD: civil engineering; lifting and transporting facilities. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices used for mounting of loads by means of flying vehicle, for instance, helicopter. Proposed device contains tubular cross-member with load wire ropes on ends connected with lock of helicopter by converging ties, orientation system coupled with cross-member to transmit torque to cross-member and containing actuating members mating with horizontally arranged ring monorail connected with helicopter body by means of flexible and elastic links. Actuating members of cross-member orientation system are made in form of aerodynamic flaps arranged radially in plane of ring monorail. Each aerodynamic flap of orientation system is made up of separate shaped sections provided with extension-retraction mechanism operating in flight. ^ EFFECT: provision of controlled in flight aerodynamic stabilization and azimuthal orientation of load making it possible to turn load to azimuth around vertical axis from any initial position. ^ 3 cl, 5 dwg
