PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an electrochemical spectral characteristic measurement method of a fuel cell which has a necessary minimum current perturbation by minimizing a superposed AC composition of an input current so that an output voltage can be a lowest measurable limit of a measuring apparatus.
SOLUTION: A load superposed by an AC component is impressed on a battery, a current according to a frequency of the AC component is discharged from the battery and based on voltages of both sides of the battery and a current flowing from the battery, the electrochemical spectral characteristics of the fuel cell is measured. When measuring a gain and a phase of a voltage response to a current variation, the superposed AC component of the input current is set at the lowest measurable limit of the measuring apparatus.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
