<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a name card-type large-capacity data storage medium of which contents can be guessed from its appearance and which is easy to be carried and sorted out and which can store a large volume of information as a name card. <P>SOLUTION: A circular large-capacity storage medium is cut into a name card-like shape just like a main body 1. The name card-type main body 1 shown in Fig.1 is easy to be sorted because its contents can be guessed from its appearance, and it can be conveniently carried.
