<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus equipped with a user interface which is easy to understand, and which is excellent in operation efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: In this information processor equipped with a user interface comprising a plurality of setting items, input necessary/unnecessary information indicating whether to input and set each setting item each time or to use a predesignated specific value, specific value information in using the specific value and the display order information of the items to be input and set each time is stored in a storage device, and the display content and display order of the user interface are determined based on various information recorded in the storage device in displaying the user interface.
